Md Zakir Hasan (Shishir) is an accomplished legal professional and academic with a diverse background in law, mathematics and diplomacy. He is a Barrister-at-Law from The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from BPP University, UK, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors from the University of London.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Hasan has a strong academic foundation in mathematics, having earned both Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics. His intellectual pursuits extend to international relations and diplomacy, demonstrated by his completion of a Diplomacy and War short course at the University of Oxford’s Department for Continuing Education.

Hasan is also deeply committed to contributing to issues relating to human rights working under the umbrella of GBAHR. His passion for justice and advocacy for human rights has been a cornerstone of his career and personal mission.
